When I make a sale I must add on my cost of shipping materials, i.e bubble wrap, tape, shipping containers, paper for invoices, ink and tone and more. I really am not over charging anyone and not making a ton of money. I sell to many overseas customers who do not have access to these items in their country. Linda **Q: Can you describe the smell of this dry shampoo?** A: I’ve tried a handful of dry shampoos and they all smell like chemicals to me, however, this one smells the least chemically. I think it’s the best smelling one I’ve tried. Smells a bit like baby powder with a hint of vanilla. Still has that chemical smel but not as strong. My 4 year old niece loves the smell of my hair when I use it, and my hair dresser recommended it because she also loves the smell. **Q: Will this leave residue in bright fuscia hair?** A: I shake the can for 20 full seconds before using. It does leave a little powdery residue in my dark hair but then I comb and work it in with my fingers and it dissipates. They also have a clear product but I feel the original works the best. I have tried many brands, types and price points of dry shampoo, and had a brand I was reasonably satisfied with...until I gave Drybar Detox a try. After spraying it onto my mildly greasy roots and working it into my thick, wavy locks with my fingers, my first thought was, "What is this sorcery?" The mane I saw reflected in the mirror looked volumized, un-greasy, and texturized in that perfect "style-blogger-hair" kind of way. I have thick hair and struggle to maintain volume, period, but especially as a day or two of grease sets in. At the same time, I go as long as possible between washings (5-7 days) for the sake of my hair and my schedule. Call me greedy, but I want clean-looking, volumized hair *and* the convenience of making it through the work week with just one hair-washing. This product makes all of that possible and more. Using Drybar Detox, my heat-styled waves from Monday look better on Wednesday and even Friday (with zero curling rod touch-ups, mind you) than they did on day one. And the volume just keeps on giving. Also, I used this stuff only once, and found I did not have to apply it for the rest of the week. This will allow me to use much less dry shampoo than I was previously using with another brand, meaning I can justify the higher cost of this product. The quality and results are so superior that I can unequivocally say this product is worth its price. Also, as some reviews have noted, this product sprayed out kind of white at first (I have brown hair), and I was skeptical.
