Review: NOTE: US plugs only! - Works perfectly for me and my lighting fixtures (Both Lighting IR4's and Beamz Moving Heads), however note that it's supplied power supply is US plug only. You can obviously use a plug adapter, however I wanted to keep the "plug bulk" in my setup as minimal as possible. Fortunately I had a pair of USB cables with the correct barrel adapters so I have been able to power them via USB. Review: Exceed my expectations! - I purchased this product so that we didn't have to run DMX cable from the light controller to our LED lights both at church & at my TV studio. Because of the price I was a bit skeptical but I thought I'd give it a shot. I must say that this product is outstanding! We just used it for our church's Palm Sunday service and they worked flawlessly! There's about 70 feet from the light controller to the first wireless receiver. We bought a total of 3 receivers for our church to try out but we have just ordered another 3 as we're so pleased with them. Our stage is about 40 feet wide by 30 feet deep so we are grouping our lights by 3 or 4 with each group starting with a wireless receiver. And because there's no need for long DMX cable runs, we're putting 2 LEDs in the drum cage. They have also been working great at my TV studio where the light controller is in a room closed off to the studio but the transmitter & receiver have worked perfectly. This is a great product that has exceeded my expectations. The setup couldn't be simpler. It literally takes about a second for the devices to start communicating with one another. And it's a lot less work setting up various lighting scenarios in pretty much any location where you have power. They are meant for wireless lighting control. DMX only. They will not work from a DJ controller to a speaker. **Q: how long do these take to fully charge? and how long is the life span of the charge during use?** A: This model needs to be plugged in for use. AC adapters included... there's another model which has true wireless (battery included) - I do not have that kind, just this set which needs AC power **Q: If you can only use 7 receivers with one transmitter for battery powered uplighting and not use xlr cables. How do you hook up 2 transmitters?** A: DMX breakout or I assume you could place a transmitter into the DMX out of a fixture. All without having to run DMX cable! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent little wireless DMX cable replacements. *by R***S on 4 December 2019* Donner seems to be a very popular brand for DMX stuff on Amazon, so I wanted to give them a try, but not pay a large price, so I looked around. Purchased this pair and they have performed well. I have used them about a dozen times for 6+ hours at a time and they have held up. I don't really see any delay in the controls compared to a DMX cable. No interference with my wireless network tablets or sound board or laptops.
