And let me add, this is by far the best smelling spray I have ever smelled in my life. I describe it as β€œpure” and if I had to say this is what Heaven must smell like. **Q: Can I use this on my humidifier?** A: I doubt it. The directions tell you exactly what to do spray on the pillow.! You would dilute the formula in a humidifier. **Q: Is the prime delivery by usps or ups...(?) i need ups home delivery, not p.o.** A: I do not know that you can control the delivering carrier. I also wish that Prime would deliver UPS. Not sure if it "works" though. *by G***Q on 26 January 2026* Seems decent. It definitely calms, but it leans stronger on the camomile. If you need to focus on something like a scent to get your mind off things, I'd say this works. But I have no clue if it makes me any drowsy. Perhaps I am not using enough? But I am scared to use more than 2 sprays... I can't find any recommended dosage or the amount of "melatonin" that's in it... That's worrying. I wonder why it is not regulated at least enough to mention that. It could be possible I am not using enough. Otherwise, this product seems like there's nothing special about it. The scent fades quick, but never fully disappears until much later. It doesn't seem to leave any marks on fabric but I only started using it. Overall, I have no clue if it is supposed to aid very well in sleeping. It works for me by letting me fall asleep sooner, but any nice scent will work for that. I think I am happy with my purchase, but I expected stuff like drowsiness or sleeping +6 hours straight without waking up multiple times.
