When I turn it on output shows 0.24v/0.01a CC.** A: Mine will run fairly stable at the voltage I set & the amps. As the draw on amps decrease the voltage is very stable. It should always be running in CV/CA withing in reason. If I am charging a 12V lithium battery with say 3A the output V will be stable but A will continue to drop to 0 as the battery reaches full charge. **Q: Can this handle incoming voltage of 80v or 100v from the solar panels? it says 65v, but has anyone tried it? did it fry good or it's ok?** A: Components are not capable of this high of voltage, capacitors will most likely fail 1st. **Q: Where can I find the pdf manual?** A: Amazon sucks for user manuals.
