I made a leg that was 2x2x32 and had no problem. My guess would be your table saw would be the limiting factor. For safety sake, no matter what size leg I would recommend using the gripper, also a product made by Microdial. I stated the largest leg I have made is a 2x2x32 and the smallest was a 1 5/8x1 5/8x14. I would not have a problem larger or smaller if the need should arise. I'm retired and work with wood as a hobby, If you have any further questions feel to send your questions to me. One cut was a 2 1/2 degrees and 26 inched long with 4 1/2 inches at the top and 3 1/2 inches at the bottom.The second cut was 5 degrees with 26 inches long and 5 1/2 inches at the top and a little over 3" at the bottom. **Q: How is this quality?** A: Quality is good.
