Review: Not a finished product, but with elbow grease it's a nice pen. - First, -1 star for sending an unfinished product. Also -1 star for the false advertising. The photos are of a finished product, and the product sent to me was not. All the edges were too sharp and there's no rubber ring between the pen and the cap like in the photos. The cap also didn't line up with the pen because there was no ring. However you can buy a rubber washer at a hardware store to fit there. And with some fine sandpaper you can modify it so that you won't need one. With 400 grit sandpaper or higher, sand down the cap slightly, screwing it onto the pen every so often to check that it lines up. Once that's done you can then use the sandpaper to get rid of the sharp edges, and if you want, add some detailing between the cap and pen like I did. It's a nice design. I just wish they sent what they advertised. I read the reviews beforehand so I was prepared, but most people may be let down. Edit: ok so just 12 hours after getting this pen the ink exploded. It was a cheap Chinese ink capsule. Looking at other reviews, I can tell I'm not the first person this has happened to.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ might be cheap, but it's good

A little thin, so decide what you prefer in that category. All brass, and no spring, but as a non retractable pen it shouldn't need one. I've never understood exactly why so many other sealed pen designs have a spring in them anyway. I don't know how watertight it is, but it feels very secure for carrying in my pocket every day. I'm still giving it a fair chance in everyday use, and I'm not there yet, but it's doing well so far. I like that it doesn't roll away if i set it down, and there's no clip to break over time. However, it took about 25 years for my last one to break the clip anyway. I've found that having a solid metal, sealed pen body, allows my to always carry a pen without fear of leaking. If the cartridge breaks, or leaks, I'd find out when i open it instead of in my clothes. That would allow me to dissemble and clean it easily. I think this pen will accomplish that well, but I'm not going to know that until a cartridge explodes.
