The build quality is superb, the operation of the tool is very easy, and the best part is the grip the outer skeleton provides on the pulling surface (wont let the jaws slip). The lollipop bushings on a 2003 BMW 325xi are not easy to get off of the control arm and I would usually struggle with my 3 arm puller, but this tool made that job a breeze. The puller worked so good I ended up buying 2 other sizes as well.
