**Q: What are the ingredients in this**
A: Tumeric, coriander, fenugreek, salt, cumin, allspice, pepper and garlic -- pretty much the same ingredients in any curry powder, which is just a blend of spices that can vary from one cook to the next.  This one is not as hot as some I've tasted.  I like it.  They are in order from the label which means there is more tumeric than anything and the garlic and pepper come after the salt so that may give you an idea, too.

A: I believe this is not. The one that is, is marked Hot.
