Product Description Aquasana whole house 10" Post filter From the Manufacturer The post-filter attaches to the Aquasana Whole House Filter system, after the filter tanks, and removes particulates 60 times smaller than the eye can see. This includes insoluble minerals and cysts. The addition of this post-filter is considered a polishing agent and adds a level of protection for your household in the event of an outbreak of cryptosporidium or giardia. This cartridge should be replaced every nine to twelve months.

**Q: Is this a pack of 4, like the 10"?**
A: No, it was a single... sent it back for refund.  Went to Aquasana site to order items in 4 packs.

**Q: Are these 4.5" wide or the narrower filter?**
A: The EQ-304-20 filters measure 20" x 2.5"

**Q: I accidently bought this when I need 10 inch one. Can I cut this in half?**
A: If the system is made by Aquasana and you cut this filter in half in order to use it. more than likely Aquasana will void the repair/replacement agreement. I did the same thing the first time I ordered replacement filters. Just sent the filters back in exchange for the correct one's.

**Q: Is this 0.35 micron nominal or absolute?**
A: Absolute

We have the Aquasana whole house water filtration system and this is one of the filters. It is easy to replace, does its job well, and we just love the taste of our well water with this system, before, not so much. This is an expensive system, but totally worth it for us. They last about 6 months for us.
