Biofreeze-12149 Pain Relief Spray, 4 oz. Aerosol Spray, Colorless (Packaging May Vary)

I have an issue at my L4 & sacrum that occasionally "goes out" & typically takes me a week to heal from with doing all the usual stuff. I was using icy hot & someone suggested Biofreeze. She said she would not have survived her back surgeries w/o it. She used the cream. I opted for the spray. I did 2 quick bursts on my back, did not feel anything spectacular, and 5 seconds later I have absolutely no back pain whatsoever. None. I am on day 4 after being laid out on the floor for 5-10 mins and was on the upside but was still sore and tender. I feel NO pain. I'm not numb either. I can scratch that area with my fingers and feel it. Just no pain. This is a game changer and a MUST HAVE for active people! (I can't speak to longevity at this point. It's been about 15 mins. I'm just so amazed - I had to write a review. I would DEFINITELY pay for this level of relief even if it was too terribly long lasting!) WORTH IT!!

Biofreeze has been my friend for a long time. I have to go through physical therapy every time I turn around. I was in a dirt motorcycle accident and it ripped my shoulder, peeled my forearm muscle from the bone, cause arthritis in my shoulder and neck. Biofreeze has helped with a lot of the subdermal tissue (outer layer of muscle tissue). It heat up like it should and relieves minor ackes and pains. The spray doesn't run or goop up when applying. This product is great for athletes, accident survivors, hard physical labor, and anyone who needs some sore away Biofreeze!!! The spray does sometimes get in my mouth and nose if the air ketches just right. So be careful not to be in windy areas when applied. It burns the nose!

Not sure why it asks for a star rating on "warmth" because this product is COLD, really cold. The first time I used it, I was completely caught off guard by how cold it was. After that initial use though the cold didn't bother me because I knew to expect it. I've tried icy/hot and bengay before but this stuff is on another level. It goes on really cold and once the cold wears off, which happens in a few seconds, there is a slight numbness that sort of fades away to pain free joints. I've used this on my knees primarily and it's worked great. I usually only need 1 application every 2-3 days because the pain I experience isn't that persistent but it is somewhat regular as I have no cartilage left in one knee and very little in the other. I prefer pain relievers like this that take away the aches and pains rather than making you feel like you're completely healed because when you feel 100% again you tend to overdo it, thinking your issues are completely behind you. With this spray though it relieves the pain so you're able to function normally but not to the point where you think you're 100%. I hope that makes sense to people. As a former skeptic though, I'd definitely recommend this to anyone looking for relief from achy joints.

This has been a miracle reliever for me. I've tried so many other topical pain relievers & this is the only one that can relieve the pain & actually last for 30-60 mins. While it says not to use more than 3 times/day, I still spray it on at least every hr. When using it that much it can start to burn your skin. However, for me, the burning goes away quickly & is easier to deal with than the constant chronic pain. It doesn't take much for that kind of pain to radiate throughout my entire head making me miserable. Biofreeze is always on my list of purchases. The 360 degree spray is the best cause it sprays more evenly & thicker. Only wish the bottles would last longer.

I use this stuff all the time. It helps with neck tension that leads to migraine if I don’t stop it. This really cools and the spray can reach further down your shoulders than your arms can reach with the roll on version. I do use the roll on version as well which I can kind of push/massage the knots in my neck as I’m rolling it on, the spray just reaches hard to get to places. I have several versions of both in purses and cars so I always have some. This stuff works great for neck tension, stress and various other muscle or joint aches.

During a very hilly triathlon I developed a severe cramp of the inner thigh. Fortunately, an aid station was nearby, and they sprayed the cramp with Perform by Biofreeze - the cramp instantly went away, and I was able to finish the race without further problems. I was so impressed I decided to read up on the product on the Biofreeze and Perform web sites. The only difference I could see was for each product, the spray aerosol can had a higher concentration of menthol than the gel or roll on - 3x greater, and the Biofreeze had inert ingredients different than the Perform. Since the spray was what had been used on me during the TRI, I decided to use that format. The Biofreeze can was smaller diameter and less expensive than the Perform, so I ordered that instead of Perform. Big mistake. Yes, it stopped a leg cramp instantly like the Perform, but it is so loaded with inactive ingredient herbals with strong odors that it caused my asthma to flair up - that hadn't happened with the Perform. I had to shower it off and wash my clothes to get rid of the odor! The Menthol in the Biofreeze did relieve the cramp, but the relief wasn't worth the breathing problems. So I am giving it to my Physical Therapist, and ordering the Perform aerosol spray. If you don't have Chemical Asthma, Reactive Airway Disease, COPD, etc. the Biofreeze probably will work for you just fine. If you have lung problems, stick to the Perform. I would have rated it a 5 if it weren't for the asthma triggering odor.

I've used it for years so I know it's a great product. My issue is with the advertisement being a bit deceptive. It's not a pump bottle... it's the spray can. At first it came out in a little stream. The 2nd use I heard a click when I pushed the nozzle and it started spraying as is supposed to. So if you have a trickle, jiggle the nozzle and hopefully that's all it takes.

Just what’s required with a trauma hit. Generally use it during my cricket games. Gives it a good relief

Si me gusta, he usado otro comprado en Estados Unidos y me parecía más potente, pero igual es magnifico, lo recomiendo.
