I don't have a foaming dispenser, but this product works well for frequent hand washing. It's a thinner consistency than "regular" hand wash gel, and feels a bit "watery", but it lathers well. My only suggestion to others is to pay attention to the bottle shape. There is a foil liner under the cap which is easily punctured to pour the product into a dispenser.
