I don't wire in place typically as all of them appear flimsy when punching it down but duh! The price is right and it is easy to get to. I have a huge steel shelf and punch down on that so it is near to the right spot. Then remove the shelf and place the panel. Simple and effective solution. The design makes it pretty easy to run wire and route it properly.
