I didn't need this product for face fat but for fat glands that I have above my eyes which no this product didn't remove but it did help inflammation and stop the fat glands from being so inflamed. Regarding weight loss however I don't know, I didn't use the product as a weight loss supplement but it did remove bify inflammation. One thing I will note is that the product does make you pee a lot. Overall it's a good product haven't had any bad effects taking it.
