The only vegetable you can water bath is tomatoes,mand you have to add a set amount of bottled (NOT FRESH) lemon juice to those to get the proper level of acidity. We live in a different world than our grandparents and few people grow their own vegetables. You don’t know where yours came from and who picked them. Rogue canning is extremely dangerous. **Q: How can I remove the sticker glue residue?** A: If you put peanut butter on any glue it will remove it. Even on windows that have the paper glue on stickers. Put it on and let it set for about 10 minutes and wipe it off. Clean the area with vinegar or window cleaner. Zap and it's gone. **Q: Can I can green beans in a induction canner on a gas stove?** A: This canner that is pictured cannot work for green beans since green beans is a low acid food. You need a pressure canner for green beans cause you need high pressure. Your question about an induction canner on a gas stove is ok I believe.
