It acts as a heat sink, keeps LEDs cooler, and gives a neat, professional finish.Pros:• Heat dissipation & LED longevity — aluminium keeps strips cooler and extends lifespan• Professional look — diffuser turns point-source LEDs into smooth, continuous lines• Protection & durability — shields strips from dust, bumps, and general wear• Ideal for corners & angled installations — creates clean 90° lighting effects• Cleaner wiring & secure install — keeps strips flush, reducing sagging or misalignmentNotes / potential downsides:• Higher cost and more installation effort than bare strips• Slight loss of brightness with a diffuser• Rigid — not flexible for curves or irregular surfaces• Requires careful installation for best thermal contact and durability• Maintenance or replacements are slightly more involved than stand-alone stripsBottom line:If you want a polished, long-lasting, and safer LED lighting setup, this aluminium corner profile is a solid upgrade over bare strips. Highly recommended for corners, under-cabinet lighting, and any installation where appearance, longevity, and neat wiring matter. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Look good, quality job *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 24 March 2026* Perfect in my motorhome, fitted in the rear bedroom over some cupboards so the angle is perfect shining down over the bed, huge difference with led fitted to a finger sensor ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice Products *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 25 June 2025* Why did you choose this product over others?:Product arrived but parts missing from box.Contacted the supplier who sent out the missing parts next day .
