I use it every day for about 10 minutes makes me feel better . This back stretcher is very sturdy and strong best way for me is headphones on and resting on my back stretcher it can also attach to your work chair but this is a little fiddly depending on chair you use . ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A well made stretcher, that has definitely benefited my chronic back pain. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 6 September 2020* So, I've now had this for a couple of months, and there is definitely an improvement with my back pain.I suffer from a prolapsed disc, with a small degree of scoliosis.Since using this, my spine definitely appears straighter when I look in the mirror, and the pain has reduced.The stretcher itself is well made and feels solid in use. I Use it on the second setting, and with my weight of 14.5 stone, there us no noticeable flexing when under load.My one came with magnets. Do they make a difference? I very much doubt it, but who knows.Setting it up may be difficult for someone lacking in strength.The easiest way is to slide one end in. Then put that end against a wall, whilst you bend and put the other end into the slot you require.If you are using the higher settings, you may well need someone to assist.As I said, I use setting number 2, which is still quite a stretch. I would definitely recommend that you start on level 1 and them move up when and if you feel ready.Getting on is easy, you can either arch your back and slide the stretcher underneath, or alternatively, put it into position, then curl yourself down on to it.Getting off can be more tricky, if you have the back freedom, you can arch your back up even more, then slowly slide the stretcher out.Make sure you lower yourself to the floor very gently.The other alternative is to slowly roll off sideways. For me, this is always quite painful, but this may well be because of my back problem.However, this is the easiest way, and so long as you can put up with the momentary discomfort, is the way I would choose.After you have rolled off move the stretcher away, then very slowly roll yourself back flat on the floor. I then lay there for a minute, before getting up.Overall, I think I would recommend this stretcher, it is reasonably cheap and has undoubtedly helped to alleviate my pain.I hope you found this review helpful. ### ⭐⭐⭐ I don't know if I'll be able to use it. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 13 July 2020* I'm 100 Kg, and the level 1 would be the one to start with, but this is bending / flattening down under me on Level 1.
