Even a breeze seems to spill out the fly attractant, which obviously doesn’t catch fly’s real well after that. So I’ve had to full them 2-3 times a day. I have found wet cat food to work ok but what works the best is getting the attractant bag, dissolving in a jar and pour into the bait cups.
