I hate this product! I bought this for my son as a Christmas present. After having it for a month and a half, the wifi no longer connected. All my other devices connected but this one didn't. I would not recommend it to anyone! If you have Spectrum as an internet provider, this product isn't compatible with their modem/routers. Buyer beware.

this product looks good but it does not function properly, it freezes, the apps don't open properly, when they do the suddenly closes and shuts off.it's just pretty and slow especially if you're trying to work with it.  very disappointed.
