I am a 32 a cup usually and bought a size xs and im glad I chose xs, there are 3 hooks in the back and i wear it using the last one. Its not going to give crazy lift especially if you plan to wear it under clothes, but makes me feel like I have a little more something than I do. the straps are adjustable, they are not cotton like the bra is, they are elastic straps that are similar to regular bra straps. It took me a couple tries to adjust them down in the back, but maybe it will loosen over time. The cups and elastic is very soft and comfortable.
