Let me try to break down my experiences with it: - I have what I call my "hair test" with different testosterone boosters. I am naturally not a very hairy person, including not being able to grow a full beard (with light brown and blond hairs on my arms and legs). I can now get to the point where my muscles are sore for a couple of days after a workout. I can feel a tightness in the muscle bellies that I have not felt before. - For sleeping, this definitely works. However there are a few caveats: 1. If I take 4 of the pills, I wake up two hours later with a severe migraine and cannot fall back to sleep. Taking 3 pills works better for me. 2. On the first 3-5 days of using it (even after a few weeks break in between bottles), I get a buzzed sensation during the night that goes away after a couple of hours the following morning. After those first few days, I do not get the buzzed feelings or migraines. 3. I really need to be heading to bed immediately after taking this. There seems to be a 20-30 minute window where I get tired very quickly. If I do not try to fall asleep during that time (from playing mobile games, checking emails, reading, etc.), I miss the window and then am awake for the next 3-4 hours. I still feel rested during the day, but the following night I feel like I am going to crash. I got my testosterone tested before I took EVL Test for 12 weeks and then took a second testosterone test after the 12 weeks was completed. Went from 466ng/DL to 684ng/DL for a 46% increase. I added strength on all my lifts. I lost weight and lost 2 inches around my waist. I made sure my protein intake was 1g/lb of body weight, got 8-9 hours of sleep each night, cut out sugar and soda, took Ashwagandha, fish oil, and ZMA each night. For gym, I lift weights 4 days per week with a Leg Day, Chest Day, Back Day, and Shoulder/Arms Day.
