The packaging was what it should be, cling-wrap around the mat (width-wise I would add) inside a plastic bag sleeve. What else do you need for a truck mat? I use my pickup truck as a truck, not some show-piece so it's going to get used with all sorts of stuff dropped on it. Besides, I had no scuffs or scratches anywhere. The mat is thoughtfully rolled upside down so it'll lay flat when unrolled. Easy to install by one person who can think outside the box. Fold in the front tabs to get it into the bed rear and pull it front as needed, roll a little and then drag the back end up and into the bed too. Then, turn around, lay the front flat and get out of the bed and adjust from the ground. Simple, quick, no extra hands, and I did this with a toolbox cap on it too.It fits my 2020 Ranger perfectly. And I mean perfectly. No gaps, no crinkles, no problems.The quality is great. This is the third one I've owned.
