**Q: I plugged my usb cord in and it doesn’t work. And I don’t understand if something wrong? How does this work exactly??**
A: The USB cord needs to be plugged into an external source of power, such as a power adaptor. There is no power in the actual cord. **Q: When is the 17 inch coming back? I only see the 14 and 15.6 inch as options to purchase.**
A: in 15-30 days

**Q: Cleaning instructions? Coffee was spilled on the top and straps and can see a stain and smell the spill. Ok to machine was on gentle?**
A: I spilled coffee in mine I just used oxiclean spray and scrub and it worked.  I would probably wash mine but not dry it.

**Q: Is it possible to disable the usb port?**
A: There is a way to turn the USB port to an off position if you remove any connected cords on both ends of the connectors.
