These were PERFECT for that craving, and their flavor is absolutely amazing - you can actually taste the different flavors of the bears. I don't think it's fair to complain about the small quantity unless you're referring to the price, because I agree, they're a bit expensive for the amount you're getting. But their quality is extremely high, and even these bears require a lot of carbs. You CANNOT eat gummy bears on a keto diet, but a serving of these won't knock you out of the zone. If you want to eat more gummy bears, you can make your own at home or buy regular ones off the diet. For all my keto dieters out there, I do recommend these if you can't get that gummy bear chew craving from anywhere else. I've had no digestive issues with them either. For everyone, always check the nutrition facts and ingredients to be sure you won't be stuck on the toilet after eating something :)
