**Q: Can you buy separate tips or do you have to buy the whole pen**
A: I think you will find you will have to buy the whole pen.  I can not see a way of changing tips unfortunately

**Q: Please could somebody write a review as i really want to buy one for my calligraphy work! many thanks**
A: I have not used mine much but I think it will take a lot of time and patience to do calligraphy with them.

Fantastic tool for using on foils. Ive used it on embossing folder and have great results from it. Very impressed with how it works. Pen nib gets warm but you can hold it like a pen and that part is OK not too hot only the pen nib is very hot. Unplug after its use.

Brilliant and I love it to use it

### ⭐⭐ Poor transfer of foil

Had high hopes for this pen but despite going super slow and trying a harder touch versus a lighter touch, it still didn't transfer the gold foil in a solid eligible manner. I tried paper, card and even leather to no avail. It heats up quickly - 5 mins as described - and I even left it for longer to see if that helped but it didn't. I'm a calligrapher so tried a monoline (single) style and then a faux calligraphy style where I attempted to fill the gaps but it was a poor result. Real shame as it was a comfortable pen and nice to write with despite the flaws. The letters and illustrations came out fragmented and inconsistent. :(
