I was a little disappointed that I hardly saw any color on my teeth. I decided to wait and use them the next morning. I also had my husband use at the same time. I think we actually brush our teeth better than we thought because it was only a light purple/pink film on our teeth. It was no problem brushing it off and I do think it would be helpful to use these to make sure everything is clean clean. Others have said that it stains their tooth brush and sink. We’ve used them a few times now and there haven’t been any staining problems. We rinsed the sink immediately after spitting and then again after brushing. Also rinsed our tooth brushes well. No issues!
