Haven't had any problems. **Q: How long can you use before you replace? Mine is 2.5 years old. Love it, but started having serious neck pain.** A: Ive had mine almost 2 years and its still going strong. Hope I get atleast another year out of it. I did a lot of research and decided to take a gamble on this premium-priced pillow. Let me tell you that it is sooo comfortable and soft (even when sleeping on my back) compared to my old contoured latex pillow and it is very nice to only need a single pillow. Not only is it soft, it is the perfect height for me. I am pleased to tell you that my sleep during the last two nights since I got this pillow has been just heavenly. This pillow is the best investment that I've ever made when it comes to sleep comfort. Tonight is the night. DO NOT BUY THIS PILLOW if you plan on washing the "better than down" cover that comes on it. Once you do, the filling inside becomes a ridiculously lumpy, matted mess that is impossible to smooth out again. Ever. Every week I spend a good 15 minutes just trying to get the pillow covers unlumpy enough to sleep on again.
