This was one of the pans I came across and showed my wife, she wanted it so while standing in the store I ordered it and had a delivery date of 2 days. The pan showed up packaged well, no damage to it or scratches.The first item my wife made was a chocoate tart thing (not sure what it was, but it was good!) and this pan cooked it perfectly. She was able to lift up from the bottom to pop the tart out of the pan and then we attempted to slide the tart off onto a serving platter, that didn't work so good and before it crumbled we put it back on and served it off of the bottom.Overall cleanup was a breeze, nothing and I mean nothing stuck to this pan. Literally just used a papertowel to wipe it clean. I did run it through the dishwasher as well but that was overkill.Great pan, works well and seems to be pretty tough.
