A really great product. **Q: Is this product good for water based makeup?** A: Yes, it works well with water based. It's an alcohol base final seal so it shouldn't smudge or alter water based makeup.I used it for costume makeup which my face paint was water based and it set it nicely. **Q: does it hold eye makeup** A: It does. It's magical stuff. If you need your eyes to last all day and night, I would still use an eye primer first. Then do your makeup and spray with this all over, including your eyes. I did that for my wedding day and my makeup stayed all day even in July heat. **Q: Is it non-comedogenic?** A: I found that it doesn't aggravate acne but if I don't wash my face after 8 hrs . .
