We’ve had quite a bit of zucchini in our home garden and I was getting a little bored with our usual ways of preparing it. Using this tool to make zoodles has been a great way to change it up and reduce carbs in our diet by substituting some pasta with veggies. That alone was worth buying it, but I’m also looking forward to trying the other attachments with different veggies. It seems well made and it’s very easy to use and clean up. I love how compact it is and how everything stores together. An unexpected bonus has been all the recipe ebooks that are available for download with tons of recipes. They have a sauce recipe book with over 1400 pages of recipes. My only suggestion for this is that they figure out a better way to present the sauce recipes. It’s a bit overwhelming because they all seem to be pretty random with no organization.
