**Q: I am experiencing an echo -- any advice?**
A: Yes this is correct. It is an echo!!!!LOL Watch your volume level. Too load will cause an echo effect.

**Q: makes A constant (usb connection) noise after my pc is shut down. I have to unplug or mute it so it will stop. Any fix?**
A: I usually disconnect it prior to shutting down my computer

**Q: I am using this to answer ringcentral on my laptop.  the callers are consistently saying they can hear themselves talk.  how do i stop that?**
A: I have the same problem.  I've checked all the mic properties, i've disabled all other sound devices, I tried a different cable, I tried in on multiple PC's and on my cell phone, and ALWAYS the caller on the other line can hear themselves talking.

**Q: Will this work with a Microsoft Surface?**
A: As long as you have a USB and room to support the software...not sure why it would not.
