These noodles are excellent. Just what I hoped for and remembered. They are on the thick side, a good thing. The are about one half an inch wide, perfect. The are ready to cook, no soaking. Just stir fry on high heat to get the right flavor. I have a dedicated high heat wok burner.

These are NOT fun chow noodles they are suppose to be super wide these are aprox 1/2 inch thick more like a thai pad noodle thickness .  I will not order this again I wish that they were what I was looking for but its not
