I love that it’s not because so many bras are. I’m a double D and don’t need more! This bra is so comfortable and love that it has the support I need without underwiring! **Q: is this the #4159 playtex bra??** A: Yes. I see the number 4159 on the end of the tag. **Q: I wear a 42dd but the band slips up, would a 40dd be better?** A: If you're on the tightest set of hooks already, yeah, a 40 might be better. However...a 42dd equates to a 40ddd on cup size. Bra sizes are weird. A DD cup isn't the same size across the board. For example, roughly speaking, a 36DDD is a 38DD or a 40D (ignoring the fact that the straps shift position on your body as you change band sizes and might be less comfortable). BUT if the cup fits well, you might consider taking a small tuck into the back of the 42 band on either side of your spine to snug it up a bit if you're even passable with a needle and thread. Ya just can't beat it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fits great but ... *by R***. on January 4, 2025* I purchased a 42 DDD. I am 5'7 275 pounds and very curvy. The fabric feels great and washes well. The cup is a perfect fit. The band is snug on the very first hooks but still comfortable. So as the band gets stretched out worn out or as I lose weight I'll be able to move my hooks closer in. The straps are adjustable which is a good thing because with heavy girls the bra stretches a little bit throughout the day however I am able to adjust the straps and wear it a second day. It washes great. They're size guide isn't the greatest however when it says in the pictures to measure and take the difference between under the bus and across the bus that chart works beautiful. But the size guide located with the blue hyperlink just above the sizes is not reliable. Great bra and supportive.
