It is so good. I love that it has additional BCAAs in there. I want to advise that it is very STRONG! For the caffeine sensitivity’s folks! In the beginning I did not follow instructions to take half a cup to start and I took a full cup for my afternoon session in the gym, and I was awake to the wee hours of the morning lol!! My recommendation is to start with half a cup and see how you feel now in days I do morning gym, so I take a full cup right away because I need that energy and it lasts me pretty much all day. As far as taste, it definitely does have that chalky taste, which I don’t mind and I also don’t drink it with 8 ounces of water either.
