Night training brace. +Ankle pain greatly reduced. -Tricky to put on. It's a long, twisted reach to the outside of an ankle. -Hard to slip the buckle into a shoe. Good comfort once brace is in shoe.

I use this to support my ankle when walking on uneven ground. It really helps to reduce fatigue for my leg affected by stroke. It is more comfortable than the AFO. I can wear it with shorts , as long as I use a longer sock.
