This can be used as an admin bag but I will be using it as a combination of an admin bag and a 1st aid bag (for bush-crafting/camping) as it has plenty of space. I am quite impressed by the size of this pouch. Also, the quality of this pouch is better than I expected it to be. The material is thicker than you would expect from an item of this type at this price point. The stitching is firm and secure and seems quite solid structurally. The zippers, grommets and the internal cordage, and D-rings on the back are all of high quality and the snaps on the back (that attach to your Molle system) are tight and fasten securely. I appreciate that the clear plastic document holder in the center of this pouch is removable (via Velcro). This means if you choose to use this item for anything other than an admin pouch it will not be in the way. I like the variety of loop straps throughout this pouch as they are on every "page". The only thing that I would have liked to see would be small velcro securing pieces on the very front pouch as you open the bag as it holds things loosely. This shouldn't cause any issues unless you invert the bag, but I feel that it would be better.
