I was diagnosed with ADHD as a kid and stimulants often have the reverse effect on me. The first couple of times I took it I was so tired all day I could barely stay awake. I tried just taking one capsule and that did the trick. This stuff makes me feel alert and more focused. I don't take it every day but it's something that I would recommend to others.
