They are very easy to mold to the ears, so that shouldn't be a problem. Just remember to wipe/dry off their ears when they are out of the water. **Q: Are these small enough for an infant’s ears?** A: It is probably too big for infants ear, but you can pull some off of it once warmed up. **Q: I recently had to get tubes put in my ears. I am wondering if they will create too much pressure while putting in/taking out (also hole in eardrum).** A: I have tubes in my ears and they have not caused any pressure in my ears. They are sticky and don't really go down the ear canal like regular ear plugs. I love them! **Q: Can you use these and still hear music at concerts?** A: Affirmative.
