**Q: Why are none of the pens working?**
A: Are they capped with a seal? You need to press hard for it to come off.

**Q: Are they a rollerball type or like a Bic biro?**
A: They are Bic type. Great value.

**Q: Is it waterproof?**
A: I have been using this pen for few weeks and I don't know if it is waterproof.

**Q: Can you highlight over these without it smudging?**
A: Yes not a problem at all

Easy glide

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great pens but arrived short of a full box.

5 of the 6 boxes were full of fantastic value pens. However one was 19 pens short of the 50. I then tried to use the online form which does not adapt to UK addresses so will state a fault and the form cannot be sent. I will happily change this review if this is corrected.
