Smartphone operated Irrigation sprinkler controller with 3/4" automatic electric valve

Review: Operational limitation of valve - I thought I could use this as a valve on my roof for a fire rain bird. Did not realize I would have to get on the roof to get it to operate. The water line feeds a swamp cooler so it is on all the time. Did check with manufacturer but while helpful had no solution for my installation problem ??
Review: Valve stays Partially on when off! - Everything installed ok but after a few days I came out of my home only to find that the drips had saturated the ground 3' from the center of the plant. So now I go into diagnostic mode to figure out why. Batteries changed, going through program modes and ETC... Nothing tells me why this is happening. I have to turn off main water system when I do not want to water. I find no mention of this issue in the Q and A. Completely disappointed.

**Q: Once sprinkler is connected to iphone via bluetooth, do you set it to connect to a local wifi network? then can you control it from anywhere?**
A: ​The iiri controller has Bluetooth connectivity, it doesn't connect to the wifi. ​

**Q: Is it strictly on/off or partial on/off also?**
A: It is strictly on/off. No partial.

**Q: Would it be possible to just screw in as a replacement valve on a hunter PGV system?**
A: No...I found this product to be faulty and a waste of time.

**Q: The program is no longer available on the apple ap store. I updated my iPhone to the 12 and the program would not transfer. What’s the solution?**
A: Buy a Hunter. The people fencing this poor product were useless for the one I bought. I am so grateful I didn't buy the 18 I needed.

This was so quick and easy to set up by highly recommend it if you only need one valve I ended up not using it because I needed to put a valve like this with remote or phone control into a copper pipe
