I didn't even have to use the included hanging accesories because I was able to hang the clock on the existing nail on my kitchen wall. I don't have any complaints, but I probably should have purchased the 10" version of this clock. 12" is pretty large, but I still LOVE this clock and I would recommend it to Friends and Family without hesitation! =0) Enjoy!

A: Dear friend ,It has the word "QUARTZ".  The word "QUARTZ" with rose gold color.

**Q: Is the black frame shiny?**
A: I have the white frame with the black face. Face is flat black frame is gloss white.

**Q: Do you have to use carbon batteries?**
A: I assume so .Not rechargeable if that is what is being asked. Love this clock. Quiet and easy to see.

**Q: Is the clock as gigantic as it looks in the pictures?**
A: No it’s not gigantic. Only 12” as described.

LOVE my 12" Lavender Clock! My clock is exactly as shown and I've been using it since Mid February. No issues. I LOVE the color, the numbers and the accuracy of the clock. I waited to review this until some "time" had passed but it's still working like a dream. I absolutely LOVE this clock. I was freshening up my home office and needed to replace one that wasn't working. After reading all the reviews I took a chance on the 12". It's so attractive out of the box! The numbers are large and easy to read - the second hand gently sweeps around and makes no sound. You won't be disappointed.
