This is the "living" part of living soil, along with other fungus and bacteria. The concentrate is filled with billions if not trillions of microorganisms just waiting to hook up with a plant and develop a symbiotic relationship. So congratulations the concentrate is doing what it is suppose to! **Q: can I mix this with fox farm ocean forest or do I need to use another soil ?** A: Yes you can use it with fox farm ocean forest.then just water. no need to add anything else to plants **Q: do i leave this mix in the bottom of the pot, or do i mix it all into the pottion soil im using?** A: I have had different results when using it in the bottom third of the pot. I now mix it thoroughly throughout the entire pot and have wonderful results. It can be used both ways and is entirely left up to the grower. **Q: What's the expiration of an unopened product, and what is the shelf life once opened?** A: If you store it in a dark cool dry place it can be stored for a year (technically it can be stored indefinitely). It literally cut cost by 75%, labor by at least half and it’s CLEAN. Nothing synthetic. It’s microbes and fungi that have a symbiotic relationship with the plant. We just feed the microbes and they take care of the plant. WHAT could be easier? No fertilizers to purchase, no fungicides or other repellents/treatments that YOU are exposed to. Because the plant is healthy, it can fight off diseases.naturally without synthetic ingredients. We have been somewhat brainwashed to believe we have to start from scratch, so we kill everything and amend the soil. You don’t to rototill either, because you don’t want to disturb their little ecosystem. My Rototiller is up for sale if you’re interested! 😜✌️ PS yeah it smells. It’s IS the crap of earthworms, bats, etc. it DOES dissipate. Idc what any reviewer says. Maybe if you top dress it’ll last a little longer but not if you’re mixing it 1:25 ratio - don’t judge it by the odor or the white fungus that may be on the top in the bag.
