I have found nothing online so far that addresses this problem. All reviews say the presenter works with OS 10.6 and above. So far this is NOT THE CASE!!Additional note: I connected the USB receiver the day after I posted the first part of this review and the device decided to start working. I have no idea what happened to the "unidentified keyboard" error message. The only functions that appear to work are the forward and reverse keys and the laser pointer, but since that is primarily the functions I HAVE to have, I changed the rating to "OK" I love my MacBook Pro, but it is quirky with non-Apple hardware/software.. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does what I expected it to do. *by M***9 on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on December 4, 2016* Does what I expected it to do. The range isn't quite as big as I had hoped and it doesn't work if you don't point it right at the computer. The first time I tried to install the driver on my computer it didn't work, but the second time it did.
