Works good. Only problem is one of the two tends to lock up when you press the paper release button.

Waste of money. Toilet paper doesn't stay put. Difficult to use.

I'm so glad they've made so.ething like this. I cannot bend my back, so this was a god send to make that task easier. I gave it a 3 star because I have had 3 of these, and 2 of them, the spring inside the handle doesn't go back in the handle, so I've just cut the rubber part over where the spring is and just took the spring out. The spring is to hold whatever you use to wipe with. T.P. is a joke to use with these, so I use dude wipes, which are perfect size for these.

Just had bilateral knee surgery. I bought this to use myself and to help my partner use. Works great. Very easy to clean. Soft and smooth, so no scratching. I wish I found this before. I have had rotator cuff surgery and this would have been awesome to use for my left hand, since I am right handed. Not only using on the toilet, but even cleaning. You can reach where ever you need to.
