One can pick any four numbers you wish, and they can be dialed in any order, however the numbers must still read the number you picked. Say your code is 1234, these numbers can be placed in the window in any order you wish, however, at the end they must read 1234 or the lock will not open. Hope this helps. **Q: One of the key box doesn't have 0000 as the default code. How can I reset this? It is open now...** A: If I remember correctly, there is a small lever like device on the right of the opened door. It should say reset with an option to slide the lever from position A to position B. Slide lever to position B and reset your passcode. Then slide lever back to position A and it should be good to go. If this isn’t clear in any way, check YouTube.
