My 6.5 year old did it with no help.... **Q: This is for the all seller and the like new one are they I need box?** A: Mine in like new condition includes the box with some shelf wear. **Q: Is the large spider droid designed so that it can stand by itself? Concerned that it will collapse.** A: Hi I have not seen this lego out of the box but I went to check online and there is a nice video review of the set on youtube by some user called the brick show and it looks like the Spider droid stands up pretty much on it's own. (use the set number 75016 as your search) hopefully this helps. **Q: Difference between this one and the 75142 model?** A: The differences are slight. The major change between the 2008 set (#75016) and the new 2016 set (#75142) are as follows: The Homing Spider Droid looks more like from the Episode II movie. It has a few more pieces to smooth out the body and the head turns better, it also has better legs. The legs on the 2008 model where not as posable and it tend not to stand up good when trying to get a certain look. Lego addressed that on the 2016 version, by making the legs stronger and more firmer.Also on the 2016 version, Lego added a six-stud shooter on the bottom of the homing droid. Many Lego collectors, including myself, are not a fan of this change. Its not movie accurate, but Lego wanted to increase the playability of this set.The Dwarf Spider Droid on the 2016 version, also has a stud shooter on it, again for playability. But I will say the newer dwarf spider droid, looks better.The mini-figures on the 2016 version are not that bad. You get a Kashyyyk trooper. Yoda, which is the same one from the "Duel on Geonosis set", if you missed that set. And a couple of battle droids, so four mini-figures total.The 2013 version has the exclusive Stass Allie mini-figure. And as far as I know, she only comes with that set to-date. And a pair of super-battle droid.The best thing about the 2016 set, is the price. 310 pieces for $29.99 is a good deal.
