## Overview

ProsourceFit Neoprene Dumbbells are 9-pound, color-coded weights featuring a non-slip neoprene coating and hexagonal design to prevent rolling. Perfect for at-home or group workouts, they combine safety, comfort, and progressive training in a compact, durable package.

## Description

ProsourceFit set of two Neoprene Dumbbells are ideal for helping you get started with strength training and for improving your fitness. Strengthen and sculpt muscles with soft coated dumbbells that are gentle on hands and prevent callouses, yet provides a non-slip grip for optimal performance and safety. Perfect for group training classes, personal training and at-home workouts, the protective coating is safe for floors and the hexagonal shape prevents the weights from rolling around when you set them down. Color-coded weights help you easily eye the right weight for the exercise you’re performing. The lighter weights can be used while walking and for physical therapy, as well as general toning. Heavier weights are great for exercises like shoulder presses, bicep curls, weighted lunges, triceps extensions, chest presses, weighted squats and much more!

Review: Perfect for occupational therapy - My occupational therapist told me I needed a pair of 1-pound weights to do wrist exercises. These are perfect. Their weight is accurate per my kitchen scale, the coating is comfortable plus it has a very slight rough finish that makes sure they won't slip out of my hand, and the size of each weight, even at only 1 pound, easily fits my normal/average size hand and fingers. I appreciate that the ends are not round so they don't roll on their own and as a bonus, I love their coral-pink color (can a hand weight be adorable?). I've only just received them so I can't speak to their durability. But so far I am delighted with my purchase, including how they arrived 24 hours after I ordered them.
Review: They work great - Perfect size and good quality appearance is great and value. Know problem with the product

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality neoprene
*by S***A on June 3, 2024*

Love these light weights, I’m not a yellow person but this is a nice color. The neoprene is soft and doesn’t get slippery when my hands sweat. It is also nice that they don’t scratch our wood floors like non coated weights. Perfect width for my hands too
