As long as you keep it cool and moist they shouldn't go bad on you. I use them for meal worms. A jar usually last me a month or two depending on how much I feed them. We purchase 50 crickets at a time and they last for about 1 week. One spoonful usually lasts the entire week. Depends on how hungry they are. I also add a little water to the bits that have dehydrated to make it last longer. Bugs are happy ~ Geckos are happy.
