## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is it made of cow milk?**
A: Yes it is purified so it doesn't have the milk protein in it so if you are lactose intolerant you can eat it

**Q: Has anyone come across firmer, "pieces" floating in more "liquid" ghee? Also melt when rubbed but feel "granular".**
A: Nothing wrong with it. When ghee Is at a warmer temperature it will turn liquid. At cooler temperatures it will solidify. Could be creamy or granular or a mixture of the two. My kitchen temperature varies a lot And my ghee solidifies and melts and solidifies and melts on the kitchen counter in the bottle. No big deal.  I use ghee mostly for cooking, I put it in a Hot pan and it all turns liquid again.  Don’t worry about it.

**Q: Has anyone else bought this and the jar was half full? Not happy about it**
A: Mine was not full. Good ghee, but def not a full jar, unless I'm sleep eating or suffering from memory loss.
