It reported a wiring error on one of my zones after it was on for about 10 minutes. None of our original 26 year old solenoids (Weathermatic M24E) had ever had an issue until now so I did not initially even think of the solenoid being an issue. After some research, I checked the solenoids resistance at the controller and it showed 6 ohms. All the others were showing around 32 ohms. I ordered this and it was a perfect replacement and is now working perfectly. It was extremely easy to swap out the old one. I screwed out the old and screwed in the new making sure not to overtighten as others have said. As an aside I was very impressed Rachio detected the very low resistance of the old solenoid and turned off the zone and reported a problem. Signature/Solo Rain/Nelson 7900 series OR Nelson or Signature 9000 Series OR Signature 9500 Series all take the 7962 solenoid.
