I’m someone who doesn’t tan easily, but with using this it’s really sped up the process and I have a lovely colour now! But please be careful this is not a sun block, make sure to have regular breaks from this sun!My usual routine is half an hour in the sun when the UV is moderate, then half an hour break away from the sun and so on, I haven’t burnt just have a really nice colour!
